2. All documents of the Freeman Beach road closure from 1-1-2016 to the present.
3. All documents of the Power of attorney for Judie Wischman and the Estate of Charles Wischman provided to the City of Mercer Island during the time period 1-1-2016 to the present demonstrating ownership.
4. All permit documents, permit approvals, requests for 4007 and 4003 West Mercer Way from 1-1-2016.
5. Any Notifications or Correspondence from Mark Wischman, or Jeff Wischman to the City of Mercer Island Building Department, including cell phone calls for inspections from 5-30-2017 to the present.
6. All documents, emails notifications regarding the permits for the road 1610-178 Mr Gladstein's permit and permit # 1707-013.
7. All documents in regards to Michael Gladstein's turning in the neighbors beach cabin (4003 W Mercer Way) when they were working without a permit.
8. All documents for inspections for Owner Electrical work done in Mercer Island after July 2017 for the City, only owner permits to the present.
Marilyn O'Neil came in yesterday (4/23/19) to clarify that only the permits were needed for the request. If other documents are needed then another request will be submitted.
