This is regarding the attached file, which is page 7 of the RFQ for the Mercer Island Commuter Parking and Mixed-Use Project "Property Map".
Please provide any and all documentation related to the area designated as "A2: Anticipated City acquisition/lease" on the Property Map diagram, as such documentation relates to 1) Acquisition, and 2) Use for commercial development. Please also confirm the City of Mercer Island is working to acquire/lease this land from WSDOT or FHWA.
Documentation requested includes, but is not limited to, the following:
1. All internal memos.
2. All external letters, requests, demands, emails, etc. to any external party, including WSDOT and FHWA
3. All responses from any external party, including WSDOT and FHWA.
