This request is regarding the publicly owned parcel of land involved in the Commuter Parking and Mixed-Use Development Project, as illustrated in the attached diagram (retrieved from http://www.mercergov.org/files/TullysTurnbackDimensions_Sept2018.pdf).  The area of the diagram labeled as "Parcel 12" includes a portion of Aurbrey Davis Park, which is public park space, and is scheduled to be rezoned from Public Institution (PI) to Town Center (TC).

REQUEST:  Please provide any and all written report(s) detailing why public park space must be included in the area to be rezoned.  In particular, the report must include alternative areas to be rezoned that were considered, for example a smaller area of "Parcel 12" which includes just the cul-de-sac at the end of Sunset Highway.

Please confirm whether not any such written report(s) exist in public record.
